About Us
Sanara Wellness was built from years of real conversations, real frustrations, and a shared understanding that something needed to be done differently. This is the story behind it.

Where It Started
Sanara Wellness didn’t start as a business idea.
It started as a quiet frustration that kept building over time.
Between the two of us, we’ve spent years sitting across from women — listening to their stories, their struggles, their “I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong.”
We’ve worked together for years, and over time, it became clear that we were both seeing the same thing.
The same patterns.
The same frustration.
And it was never what they thought.
These were women who cared.
Women who were trying.
Women who had done every version of “starting over” you can imagine.
And still… something wasn’t working.
What we Saw
We watched women blame themselves for things that were never theirs to carry.
We watched them push harder when what they really needed was a different approach entirely.
After a while, you can’t unsee that.
Our work has always centered around women’s health, but over time, our passion grew even deeper — especially for women in midlife, navigating changes no one really prepares them for.
What was Missing
More than anything, we realized how much women needed a space that felt different.
A place where they were actually listened to.
Understood.
Not rushed.
Not dismissed.
Not made to feel like they were doing it wrong.
A place where they could feel safe enough to be honest about what’s really going on.
How it Evolved
Sanara was built out of years of experience, but also out of real conversations.
The kind where someone finally exhales and says,
“I feel like nothing works for me anymore.”
We’ve had a front row seat to what happens when women are given plans that don’t take their full life into account.
When hormones shift.
When stress is high.
When the body changes in ways they were not expecting.
And instead of being supported through that… they’re told to eat less, move more, try harder.
It never sat right.
So over time, the way we worked with clients started to change.
Less about forcing outcomes.
More about understanding what’s actually going on underneath it all.
We saw what happened when women felt supported instead of judged.
When they understood their bodies instead of fighting them.
Things shifted — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, too.
That’s where Sanara really came from.
Why we Created Sanara
We didn’t create this to be another program.
We created it because we knew there had to be a better way to do this.
A way that didn’t rely on extremes.
A way that didn’t make women feel like they were failing every time something didn’t stick.
A way that actually works with the body.
Especially in the seasons where things feel the most confusing — particularly in midlife, where so many women feel like they’re left to figure it out on their own.
And a way that gives women a space where they feel supported, seen, and centered in the process — not like an afterthought in it.
What this Means to us
This work is personal.
Not because we have all the answers,
but because we’ve spent enough time in this space to know what doesn’t work, and how much it affects women when they think the problem is them.
Sanara is just a place where we do things differently.
Where women can slow down.
Understand their bodies.
And start to rebuild trust with themselves again.
Not perfectly.
Not all at once.
But in a way that actually lasts.
Because at the end of it all, this isn’t just about weight or food.
It’s about healing, in the way your body feels, the way your mind quiets, and the way you start to feel like yourself again.
