Sheryl72 days agoBased on a recommendation from my niece Sarah, I began my journey with Tieva and Sanara Wellness. I cannot say enough good things about this whole process. Tieva was great to work with. I learned to be more careful about reading food label and staying away from processed food. My goal was to lose weight so I can continue my active lifestyle as I age without carrying excessive weight around!! In the process, I also found my inflammation and aches and pains had gone away. The plan is very easy to follow, it’s not restrictive, I never felt hungry.. it is a lifestyle change, not a diet where you are constantly measuring and being careful to not eat too much. The journals, helped me to remain accountable on a daily basis and the daily weigh in was an encouragement versus a typical step on the scale where you feel defeated. I am still amazed at how quickly the weight came off and at least once or twice I adjusted my goal weight downward, initially thinking, I could never reach my original goal and surpassing that. After my very healthy (vegetable farmer) daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer at 30 I knew it was time to take control of my own health, becoming my healthiest self by eating better. This program has hit the mark on all things towards this goal, including eliminating inflammation and stress reduction, as well as weight loss. I cannot say enough, good things about the program and would highly recommend it to anyone, as I have to my friends. My biggest regret is that I didn’t find this program sooner!!+0Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google![]()

Liz77 days agoSamara Wellness changed my life. Full disclosure I teach yoga for Sanara. Tieva approached me to go through the program. I agreed because I wanted to know more about what the clients were going through. It was the best decision. I have lost an impressive amount of weight, I have never ate more in my life and I feel fantastic. No more night sweats, no more joint pain that required daily Advil and no more energy crashes in the afternoon. Not only have I benefited from this program but my daughter has been watching. She is now learning the tools to keep her healthy throughout her life. I can’t thank Sanara enough.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google![]()
Michele167 days agoWhen we think about health, learning to love our bodies may not seem like the primary goal. Many of us have been conditioned to see our bodies as something to fight, fix, shrink, or control. Weight changes, hormonal shifts, illness, aging… these are not failures. They are experiences a body may move through in life. What if, instead of fearing our bodies, we learned to understand them? Before working with Tieva, I held many of the beliefs that so many women share. I believed my body needed to be smaller before I could feel more confident. I believed wellness was tied to discipline, perfection, or finally reaching a certain number. As a mindset and career coach working with a wellness coach, I knew I needed someone who could help me do the deeper work, not just around food or weight, but around mindset, self-trust, and how I saw myself. Working with Tieva helped me approach wellness from a more holistic perspective. I learned to include all of me in the process, not just the version of me in photos, on the scale, or shopping for a swimsuit. Over time, I began to see myself more clearly. I learned how daily steps, better food choices, reduced inflammation, and consistent self-care could build not only better health, but a kinder relationship with my body. Tieva said something to me that I will never forget as she watched my progress and growing confidence: “Your body is loving you.” That changed everything for me. I love my body. I love the opportunity to make each day healthier. Not from fear. Not from shame. Not from perfection. From care. In June, it will be one year since I began this journey. I share this not only as a graduate of the program, but also as Sanara’s Integrative Transformation Coach. After decades in the coaching and counseling space, I am honored to support women who are ready to understand their bodies differently, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with their health in a way that feels compassionate and sustainable. I hope you’ll consider joining us on your own journey. The women involved in this work are thoughtful, skilled, and deeply committed to helping you feel supported every step of the way.+0Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google![]()
Jessica169 days agoWorking with Tieva as my coach has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. She blends real expertise with genuine care, and the way she's reshaped how I eat—and how my body feels as a result—has made all the difference. My relationship with my weight has been a lifelong battle. I've cycled through every yo-yo diet you can think of, and none of them ever stuck. Then at 35, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, and after I had my baby, the inflammation and pain made movement difficult. The weight started creeping back. I tried to take control by joining an online exercise community of women, and while that helped me drop some pounds at first, I eventually hit a wall. The scale wouldn't move. I was exhausted. And my RA symptoms weren't getting any better, no matter how disciplined I was with my workouts. I needed someone who could see the whole picture instead of just one piece of it. That someone turned out to be Tieva. The first thing Tieva helped me realize is that nutrition—not exercise—was the missing piece for me. She introduced me to a whole-foods way of eating and walked me through pinpointing exactly which foods were fueling inflammation and stalling my progress. Some of them were foods I'd always assumed were good for me! Bit by bit, she helped me understand which fats and carbs my body actually thrives on, and how to eat in a way that feels calm and intuitive instead of restrictive. The shift in how my body responded was honestly stunning. My hormones feel more balanced, the inflammation has come way down, my joints don't ache the way they used to, my energy stays even all day, and my sleep has improved more than I can describe. But what really makes Tieva exceptional is that she doesn't just coach you on what to eat—she coaches you as a person. She helped me eframe my whole relationship with food, my body, and the idea of "weight loss." On the days I stumbled, she didn't lecture me or make me feel like I'd failed; she met me with kindness and reminded me that imperfect days are part of real progress. She was consistently available, quick to respond, and clearly invested in me as an individual. I always felt like she had my back. If you're on the fence about reaching out to Tieva, take this as your sign. Under her coaching, I lost 25 pounds!!. But most importantly, she also gave me back my energy, better sleep, relief from joint pain, a sustainable way of living, and the tools to keep all of it going long after our work together. She is the kind of coach who genuinely changes lives, and I will be grateful for her for a long time.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google![]()
Laurie176 days agoI signed up to work with Malory for a 90-day program to lose weight, reduce inflammation, and improve my overall health and wellness. Over the course of working with Malory, I lost 23 pounds and 18 inches—but more importantly, I gained a deeper understanding of how to optimize my overall health and wellness. What really set this experience apart was how personalized and sustainable the approach felt. It wasn’t just about short-term results; I learned nutrition that was focused specifically to me individually. I also practiced habits, mindset shifts, and strategies that I know I can carry with me long-term. Malory was encouraging, positive, supportive, and knowledgeable, every step of the way. An unexpected but incredibly meaningful benefit was how I was able to heal quickly and recover from two major surgeries, which I believe was a direct result of the foundation we built together. I’m grateful for the guidance and support I received! I would highly recommend Malory to anyone looking to improve not just their weight, but their overall health, longevity, and quality of life.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google![]()
Amber176 days agoI can’t say enough about my experience working with Malory. From the very beginning, I felt heard, supported, and never judged, even when I was complaining 😝. Malory was so patient with me and always had helpful tips and little adjustments that made everything feel doable. Each week, something started to shift. By week 3, my inflammation was gone. By week 4, I wasn’t snacking between meals anymore. By week 5, I had already lost 20 lbs and it just kept going from there. My cravings disappeared, my afternoon crashes went away, and I started to feel like myself again. By week 12, I had lost 41.4 pounds and went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6. But honestly, it’s so much more than the weight. My energy went up, my pain went down, and my confidence completely changed. What surprised me most is how much I actually enjoy this way of eating now. I don’t feel restricted, I feel in control. I even catch myself dancing while I eat sometimes 💃🏻 My experience with Malory truly changed everything for me, and I’m so grateful to have had her guiding me through it.+0Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google![]()
Jen178 days agoMalory has coached me in the past and it was life changing. It’s been 1.5 years since I graduated but I still follow a lot of what I was taught. I went from being depressed, anxious, significantly overweight with poor self control and even worse self esteem. I went from being out of breath after walking a flight of stairs to being able to reach the summit of a mountain with my son last summer! It was probably one of my more treasured moments and I would not have been so successful without Malory’s coaching and commitment.+1Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google![]()
Deb179 days agoWorking with Malory has been so easy, educational & life changing! As a 60yo woman that’s tried every diet, pill or fad known to man, I had an extra 40+lbs of post menopausal weight, a fib, no cartilage in my knee for 14yrs and pain that could stop me in my tracks while working 12hr shifts as a bedside nurse. I was scheduled for a total knee replacement in a month & could not lose any weight to save my soul. I have always been active, never had trouble losing weight or keeping it under control. I considered my diet healthy, I was going to the gym regularly. All, until I could not. I was beyond beside myself. The weight kept coming , the clothes kept shrinking and my once energetic spirit, fading. I could feel my quality of life slipping away & all my PCP or gynecologist could offer was “welcome to post menopause” or “ it’s tough to get old”. I’ve known Malory her entire lifetime & knowing she was a weight loss coach, I called her to discuss my options. I did not want to go on GLP1s and felt if anyone could help me focus and stay on track it would be her. The added bonus of knowing she wouldn’t put up with my nonsense & would hold me accountable was the added plus I needed. I was hoping to see just a 5 or 10lb loss to help with recovery but was skeptical. Yet today with her help I’ve not only lost close to 30lbs post-op without exercising, I’ve kept it off! I’ve learned the tools & proper foods I need to help my body burn fat, redirect my stress. I sleep better and now know how to eat so that I will remain a healthier version of myself as I age. Now 61, I’m back in the gym, still working as a bedside nurse, doing yard work, walking & playing with my dog! All pain free, lighter and in a new wardrobe & looking forward to aging on my terms! Mal has been a dedicated, driven person since birth and continues to find ways to help people to become the best version of themselves. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my results & the education I now possess. I also couldn’t be any happier for her as she embarks on her new journey with Sanara Wellness.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google![]()
